Vehicle applications are ONLY accepted when attending the full 3 days attendance to the event (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Please note that exhibitors can arrive from midday Wednesday and can remain until Monday noon.

A MAXIMUM of 2 Adults and 2 Children (3-16) are permitted per exhibit. Additional people are charged at £50 per person.

Insurance policy information

As show organisers, we are requested to ensure that any exhibitors or re-enactors including private military vehicles have adequate insurance arrangements in place. As a minimum, all vehicle exhibitors must have third party vehicle insurance in place. All re-enactors must have suitable public liability insurance.

Camping

Camping space is not guaranteed but we will try our best to accommodate. Exhibitor camping spaces are 5mX5m.

You will not need a modern camping pitch if period camping with your vehicle.
