Arena Events

Your participation in the Arena demonstrations is a valuable addition to the Show and we hope that you will take part. However, it is subject to the show schedule, good weather and ground conditions on the day and therefore may need to be cancelled at short notice.

  • Maximum vehicle speed on site is 5 MPH around the showground.

  • The carrying of passengers is limited to the number of seats your vehicle has.

  • Please make sure you are with your vehicle at least 15 minutes before each arena demonstration.

  • No entry to the arena area will be permitted to search/look for ammunition spent or live.

  • All Armour/Tracked or Vehicles with low driver visibility are required to have at least two marshals escorting them when moving across the site.

  • No persons are to drive vehicles or operate any machinery under the influence or alcohol or drugs.

  • The public are not permitted to enter the arena.

  • Any unauthorised persons in the arena will be asked to leave the show.

There is to be NO use of the public car park for parking of any civilian cars by exhibitors. We have a designated car park for exhibitors’ civilian vehicles to be parked on the site. If any exhibitor or member of your group is unsure about where to park, then please ask a member of the team. If anyone parks, in the public car park, we reserve the right, if we cannot reach you by telephone, to remove the offending vehicle. There will also be NO civilian cars in the WW2 Allied field.

You will NOT be permitted to leave site on Sunday until 17:00. You will also NOT be permitted to bring your modern vehicle onto the site until 17:00. This is purely a health and safety issue as we cannot marshal additional vehicle movement whilst the show is in progress and public are there.

Finally, abuse and threatening behaviour towards ANY member of the team WILL NOT be tolerated. You will be removed from the site and receive a permanent ban from the show.
